While no one enjoys getting bits of their skin cut off to make sure they don’t have skin cancer, I’ll say that I’ve never had a bad experience at this office. Everyone’s very courteous and professional.

If I could give half a star for this review, I would. My family and I have been going to this office, specifically Elana Shackelford, for the past 10 years. After repeated appointments that lead to no solutions and hundreds of dollars down the drain, we are through with coming here. Not only does Elana speak patronizingly to her patients, we could hear just outside of the patient room door, Elana literally making fun of the fact that we were here yet again for the same issue due to her lack of ability to help us reach a solution. Continuously, we have gone unheard and essentially been placated in order for her to get us in and out as quickly as possible. Her judgmental tone does not build a safe environment for her patients and leaves you feeling worse than the beginning of your appointment. I had trusted Elana for years and that has come to an end now for a whole families worth of patients. Do not waste your money by coming to this office unless you are interested in being made out to be a fool and led in circles for months on end. Save your time and money, wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone now.

Best medical facility ever! Jeff Moskowitz is an amazing dermatologist. I have been his patient for many years. The entire staff is superb at their jobs. Dr. Moskowitz takes his time to teach his staff and converses with his patients as though they were part of his family. He truly cares about his patients and his staff. I’m so thankful for this practice.

Really disappointed in this place. I have a patient of Alicia for years, and they have treated my concerns for acne and hormonal breakouts. I get the occasional breakout, and every single time I come in, their recommendation is always accutane.
Today, I tried to make an appt for a steroid injection, and the nurse called me and asked me why I keep turning down accutane. It's honestly disgusting that they offer NO alternative solutions, other than a harsh drug that requires monthly blood work, and two forms of birth control.
It's a shame that there are medical professionals who are quick to prescribe harsh drugs, that are not even necessary, with little to no consideration to the future health implications. Do NOT recommend.
