Nelly was exelent i will defenatly be coming back! Loved my skin glowing the next day she also was very gentle compare to all the other facials i’ve gotten! I give her a 10!!

I had a great massage at Massage Envy — the therapist did an excellent job and the service itself was exactly what I hoped for. However, the checkout experience was disappointing. I wanted to leave a cash tip, but they didn’t have any change available to break a $100 bill. I offered my credit card instead, and the tip was run as a taxable transaction. I don’t think this policy benefits the therapists or the customers. Tips are meant to go directly to the therapist, and adding tax to a gratuity feels unnecessary and discouraging. It also puts customers in an awkward position when cash isn’t available on-site. The... read full review
