This was my first visit to Kandor Dental. When Irma, the Office Manager walked me back to the Dental Assistant, she verbally shared my concerns and needs with her. My appointment was urgent, since I am leaving to Cuba in 1 week. Dr. Cruz had to refer me to a specialist and called them personally and got me in that same day! I felt heard! The entire staff was fabulous.
Our family loves Dr. Cruz as well as Patricia the hygienist. We’ve always appreciated the warm, familiar environment. Lately we’ve noticed frequent changes in hygienists, assistants, and office staff. After almost 10 years with this practice, continuity of care and familiar faces mean a lot to us. We hope the team stabilizes so we can continue enjoying the same welcoming experience we’ve had for years.
