At first intimidated with doing this thru computer and no person there to help. But it was easy for me. The push button call was helpful. Only complaint I have is not being notified when my order was ready. I just happened to stop by.
The process was confusing because I was unaware it was fully automated and I thought I would talk to someone and I was in the wrong place. But when I realized it was supposed to be automated dropoff and pickup then it was pretty simple.
The cleaner’s do a great job and are always on time but the price for a woman’s pair of shorts and a top ( no buttons) together was $27.00. I think that is astronomical! I don’t know if I will be returning.
