The instructors at Breaking Barre are certified, knowledgeable, and encouraging, ensuring that each member feels supported and motivated throughout the workout. The studio is clean, positive, and inviting, with a wide range of class options that cater to both beginners and experienced gym-goers. Members appreciate the flexibility to try new things and the exceptional care provided by the studio. At Breaking Barre, we believe the key to fitness is fun! Our certified instructors provide an energetic, low-pressure environment where people of all skill levels can burn fat, tone lean muscle, strengthen joints, and improve flexibility and balance while listening to fun music. Our low-impact, high-intensity workouts are inspired by yoga, Pilates and simple ballet exercises, and they deliver fast results. Our method is specifically designed to accommodate and challenge every fitness level (beginners to advanced) through modification and advancement options.
