Ordered Mother's Day flowers scheduled for delivery days before Mother's Day. Never received notification of problems. Flowers not delivered for Mother's Day. Online and phone support were horrible. No excuse for failing to notify me that flowers could not get delivered on time. After working with online and phone support, received ridiculous offer of refunding delivery charge only. They also then tried to offer a discount on my next order. Why would anyone do more business with a company after failing to timely deliver something they admit is so important.

Customer Service was fine. They did all they could. However, the vendors they use not as much. Not sure who was used in this case but I am 100% dissatisfied to the point I cancelled the order of flowers to my mother for her complicated surgery that I could not attend. All I wanted was flowers to her hospital room for when she woke up. Didn’t happen and was told due to issues they would be delivered one week after her almost deadly surgery. Obviously I cancelled. I spent enough time in the phone I could have just went from Florida to Indiana and did it myself. And still no flowers. I got my refund, but this is the issue. We were planning a church, funeral service. My dad wanted 5-6 flower arrangements. He wanted purple flowers, for pancreatic cancer, flowers surrounding the urn (she was cremated), and a heart arrangement. Flowers were supposed to be matching, but not all identical. They hit it! I wish I would have gotten better pictures, including the urn surround, that had a printed sash. Would use them again, for sure!
