Anyone who thinks that they can navigate a real estate deal without legal assistance is heading for disaster.We had a very simple as is cash sale and this should be a cut and dried deal or so the real estate agent lead us to believe.Not being our first go around we knew the first thing to do was to contact Paul Blucher.This closing would have been a nightmare without his help.Do yourself a favor and have a professional on your side.
