My experience with your dental practice has always been exemplary, however the experience of having my teeth cleaned this week by the woman who was filling in for Tracy was not good. I did not feel she did a complete job. She seemed hesitant and unfamiliar with the equipment. I realize that Tracy probably had an urgent reason for not being available, but if I have to have that other person work on me again I will be forced to find another dental practice. I think it’s important for you to know this.

I have used this dentist office for the past 20 years. Tracy, the hygienist, took care of our entire family. My kids left for college and came back years later. They did not want to use any other dentist while they were gone, and when they moved back to town they became patients of Dr Bates. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and the dedication of the staff. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs dental care.

I have been with Dr. Bates since he came to this office a few years ago. He has always been able to take care of my dental problems with no problems after the fact and is a true gentleman. Robin my hygienist has done fine work for the last 20 years and whom I am well pleased. But I do recommend his practice.
