Such a positive experience from the moment I got to her salon, Colleen is inviting, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and gentle. She is very professional and ensures to ask you several questions to make sure you feel safe and know what to expect from her services. I have to say, her electrolysis skills are outstanding! I really did not feel any pain, nor did I have any redness the day after. My first visit will not be my last. Even more impressive, the day after, Colleen sent me a text, to inquire how I was feeling after the treatment. Honestly, superb customer service.
