I was very optimistic about trying this sleep device but my husband has dementia and he refused to wear the apparatus. It was a very expensive out of pocket cost. I was told because of his cognitive decline it’s difficult to work with patients in his current situation and there’s really nothing we can do . So if your lo has dementia think hard before you make a decision to purchase this mouth piece
