The staff is super friendly and helpful. Robin, the dental hygienist is thorough and gentle as she cleans. Dr Bates is kind, gentle and super knowledgeable. I love this dental office and highly recommend them!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Bates for the past 8 years and won’t go anywhere else! Dr. Is amazing in all aspects of his profession and at the same makes you feel like family. Him and his team are fantastic, from customer service and across the board with patient care! You will not be disappointed!

Reunited with an old friend and dentist( Dr Bates) when we were living in Ohio. Dr Bates and his staff were accommodating, extremely supportive and pleasant and it’s refreshing to listen to the staff interact with their patients in an effortless, welcoming atmosphere. I appreciate their attention to detail and look forward to continuing my oral care regimen with Dr Bates and Associates!
