Dr Bates is the best favorite dentist I’ve had in Florida. All others are less skilled and simply looking to transfer $ from my pocket to theirs so that they can fuel their antique car habit or boating habit. Bates has all of the latest technology too which makes a huge difference. Tracy, the person who cleans my teeth, is amazing too - highly skilled, knows and uses latest technology and is a wonderful human being.
I was referred to this office by my coworker who was an existing patient. I can’t thank her enough. They were top-notch from start to finish. They treated me like I had been a patient for years and the care and understanding was perfection. Dr. Bates has cultivated a wonderful team and he himself was utterly fantastic!!
I just had prep done for two crowns by Dr Bates & his assistant Fay. Fay made sure I was comfortable, gave easy instructions to understand. Both Dr Bates & Fay were friendly & professional. I would highly recommend Sorrento East Dental.
