“In my most recent session with Josh, he did dry needling/trigger point therapy to address some ongoing pain I was having in both of my knees. I was unable to kneel and get on the ground to play with my daughter because the pain was so bad.<br><br>Josh took the time to explain what the dry needling therapy was, how it worked, why he thought it would work, and checked in throughout the process to ensure that I was doing OK. He explained that there would be some initial soreness. Our session was on Saturday and by the next morning I was in the gym doing squats, pain free.
