I searched up and down for someone who knows what they are doing. I'm very picky and from Chicago. I found Noel through google and yelp she has 5 stars and let me tell y'all she has 5 for a reason. she is wonderful she knows how to color, cut , style and she is so sweet. she really tells you how it is and what your hair really needs. so if you are looking for the Best hairdresser around the Ormond Beach please give her a shout. proud to be her client. I was in town visiting family and needed to get my color redone.Noelle did a great job and made it look just like I expected! It's like she knew what it looked like before the color faded. Plus the place is adorable.
