I have to shout out Dr Kelsey! Anyone who is struggling with pain either chronic or from an injury, you need to go see her. She is not your typical Chiropractor, she is experienced in all of the latest treatments with soft tissue too. She is super thorough, honest and takes the time. I’ve been seeing her since I moved down to FL about 2 years ago for a myriad of issues and I ALWAYS leave her feeling so much better than when I walked in. Today I could barely walk after hurting my foot last week and after seeing her this morning I’m more than 80% better! It’s hard to find a good doc that listens and actually helps you, she is a diamond in the rough.
I used to work in food service & going to Chiropractors since the 80’s.since relocating here, I been seeing Kelsey at Sage Vitality and she is the best I ever had. She is so skilled, attentive gentle and she knows just what I need & how to adjust me. She takes her time to talk about what’s going on. Plus she’s warm & welcoming. Sage has such a nice vibe & she even teaches yoga & stretching & other programs. When you do physical work it’s so important that you don’t injure yourself or ignore pain and she has really helped me since i moved here. Im glad I have her because she adjusts me after gardening 🧑🌾I’m retired😁🌞🌺🌺🌺💜☮️💟👏PS. Sage is located across from Ormond beach.
