We had four contractors come to the house to discuss the removal and replacement of a built-in wall unit. We were most impressed with Michael Z. He drew up some ideas for the proposed project and one was even better than what we had imagined. He drew up a contract and we told him to go to work. He was very careful to do as little damage to the drywall behind to built-in that he was removing. He contacted us within two weeks to tell us that the entire unit was ready for view in his shop. He showed us how the whole unit came apart for transport to our house. The unit was installed the following week and we couldn't be happier. We will contact him for any future projects that we might do.

Asked to have some custom drawers built. Owner was slow to respond, then told me to be patient and he would get to it. That was OCTOBER, and it's now MARCH. Very poor professionalism.

I needed some custom shelving to hold my literary collection. Mike perfectly designed exactly what I needed and with great precision and attention to detail built and installed the book shelves complete with a Classical Greek Architectural motif with a hand carved Wall of Troy Mender. Admittedly my taste for shelves in a high style, to complement my collection, wouldn’t be for everyone ‘s taste, but if Mike Z can do such great work for such a demanding customer as myself, in my opinion, he can do anything with wood. He’s not just a cabinet maker. He’s an artist with wood. The price was reasonable. The job was completed on time.
