I would like to commend Massey Termite Services for their 5 STARS Excellent customer service. I recently had some concerns regarding services and billing. After contacting the office, I received a prompt return call from Ms. Antonieta, a representative I believe is based in the San Antonio, TX office. She was professional, attentive, and addressed my concerns thoroughly. Together, we resolved the issues and made the necessary corrections. As a business owner, I truly appreciate the level of customer service she provided. Massey Services is fortunate to have Ms. Antonieta on their team—she retained a customer who had been considering leaving.
Always let us know when they’re coming. Always on time. Respond quickly if we have any issues (recently had some rodent pests on the property). Our tech is very personable, helpful and friendly!
This is our 3rd home and our 3rd time obtaining an annual Pest Contract with Massey.
