Everyone at Kraken was a pleasure to work with. I had a broken pipe that caused me to be without water. They were out the next day to assess and then able to come out the same day to fix the issue. There was some issues with the city side of the plumbing that was out of their control, but they worked with me and handled it with class. Will absolutely use them again should I need future plumbing help.

From the first call to them pulling out of the driveway was exceptional.Colleen responded quickly late on a Friday afternoon . She was very helpful and friendly. Chris came to my home was courteous, professional, clean and was able to answer all of my questions about the new unit. I am so pleased with the service I received. I would definitely recommend Kraken Plumbing.
