Best Wishes knows customer service. I was in town for a wedding that took place Saturday, 10/21/2023. The bride is my best friend and has been for 25+ years. She is super laid back and had nothing in place for floral preparation when I arrived in town late Thursday night 10/19. I am not a professional florist; however I do enjoy playing in flowers. She stated she wanted 8 dozen long stem red roses and we could make our own bouquets for fun. The owner and her staff was more than helpful with our request contacting their vendor to make sure we would be able to have what Jami wanted for her wedding day. They not only made an extra trip to make sure we had enough quantity wise, but also threw in a few extra in case we messed any up. They also took the time to trim all the thorns from all 100 roses and provided useful tips on how to assemble and keep them fresh. Much Appreciation to Best Wishes! Highly recommend 🥀

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered for my mom’s 80th birthday. She lives in Florida and we live in Texas. I always worry the bouquets won’t look like the picture or have the quality we expect. No need to worry with Best Wishes, they did amazingly! My mom called and gushed over her bouquet! Thank you so much for making her day!

They did a wonderful job arranging a tropical bouquet for my friend who just moved to the area as a housewarming gift. My friend said it was the most beautiful arrangement she has ever seen and it had Birds of Paradise which my friend loves and I requested be part of the arrangement. Well done!
