I have been using a different groomer for a few years not entirely happy. I called a pampered pooch in Ormond Beach and was lucky enough to get a 7:30 appointment. Jim listen to what I needed for my little Shih Tzu mix. She is absolutely perfect. They listen to what you want to happen as far as grooming and was so excited and I got her back she is! No wait time booked my appointment. They took her in at that time promised to call when she was finished which I received. A huge thank you for the amazing grooming job on Jackie and Nina! They both look absolutely adorable and feel so soft and clean. It’s clear you put a lot of care and attention into your work, and it shows in every detail. Jackie’s trim is perfect, and Nina looks like she just walked out of a doggie spa. All 3 of my dogs were well cared for. This gentleman was quick, efficient and affordable. He was extremely experienced. My big dog bites out of fear. It took 35 seconds to cut all of her nails. I will not reveal his secret, but this guy had a method that is way better than a muzzle.
Do not believe the bad reviews. Obviously those people were either having a bad day or they had bad attitudes. I will come back every time with my dogs and tell all of my friends about the wonderful service.
