We arrived to Orlando on vacation when my 4 year old started complaining of ear pain and a sore throat. The team at After Hours had him seen quickly and were all so kind and caring. Dr Smith was so great with him and the receptionist had stickers and lollipops waiting for him and his sister on our way out. Everyone made a stressful situation as easy as possible, and it was so appreciated!
My daughter was very happy because of the treatment of the Dr. who attended her and the rest of the health staff who attended us there. That for me is more than enough. Excellent service, cleanliness and professionalism
The staff was very friendly, and the doctor was warm and welcoming. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made our kids feel comfortable before the exam. We liked her even more than our own pediatrician.
