I had such a wonderful experience at this veterinary office. From the moment I called, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and reassuring. I was anxious about reaching out because I needed a follow-up appointment even though my cat had initially been seen elsewhere, but they were so understanding and managed to get me in the very next day, which meant a lot to me. The office itself is adorable and welcoming! They had a Valentine’s Day tree decorated and I couldn’t resist taking a picture of my cat in front of it. While I was there I noticed other clients coming and going, and the staff knew both the owners and their pets by name, which really speaks to the level of care and connection they have with their patients. The vet tech and doctor were both excellent, kind, patient, and thorough. I felt truly heard, and everything was explained clearly without being overwhelming. I really appreciated that they gave me options for testing, explaining the cost difference between same-day results and next-day results without any pressure. I chose the more affordable option and they still called me first thing the next morning with the results. Overall it was very affordable. I never felt rushed, upsold, or pushed into anything I didn’t ask for. The entire experience felt compassionate, transparent, and genuinely caring. I’m so grateful to have found this practice and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a vet who truly cares about both pets and their people.

Don't get scammed. This vet misdiagnosed and killed my dog. They sent me home with my dog knowing my dog would die, in an attempt to avoid accountability for misdiagnosing and making everything worse. After consulting with other vets and research, they could have saved my dog if they tried. I was too distraught to think clearly and there were no other vets in the area I could reach in time. They ignored me and didn't return my phone calls. Guess what? It's still your fault my dog died. I am getting a lawyer and suing you for malpractice. You don't even offer an apology. You could have saved my dog and extended it's life. Now I'm going through the holidays alone and I'm a wreck. Everyone that works here should resign, they are a disgrace to their field. They only care about money. They saw an old dog and didn't care that the dog was going to die because it was old. They didn't even try to save my dog. The employees look as unprofessional as they act. Don't trust these narcissistic personality disorder clowns. They seem very jaded and comfortable with letting animals die, it's nothing to them.

Our vet is absolutely wonderful! They take the time to explain everything clearly and always make sure our pup feels comfortable and safe. We’re so grateful to have such a compassionate and knowledgeable veterinary clinic. We couldn’t recommend them more!

I’ve been going to the Family Vet near me for many years. This last visit I went to get Dakota’s nails trimmed. It was $21.99 which is a LOT more than I’ve ever paid anywhere -it took 90 seconds. When I got her back, the nails were still sharp. I asked if they could round them off a little. They said that would be an additional $20. I am very disappointed.

They take great care of my old pets and my new pets! I also board my pets here when I go on vacation because I know they will be safe and the vet will treat them if there's a problem.love it here !
