I had a wonderful first experience today at YogaMix. I worked with Ana at a noon class for all levels. She was amazing and the people in the class were very kind. I felt welcomed immediately and cannot wait for my next class. I would absolutely recommend YogaMix and Ana to anyone nervous to try something new and seasoned yoga people.

I have been a long-time member of YogaMix- I go there about 3-4 times a week and it is now a part of my life since all it has done is benefit me. The classes are easy to book, location is convenient and easy to park at, the staff is BEYOND sweet and welcoming, and there is ZERO gymtimidation or body shaming or discrimination here. When I go here, I feel like I’m going to my second home to relax and unwind in after a hard day’s work. They have such a wide variety of classes like shuffle dancing, core/ab focused classes, strength classes, yoga styles of various kinds- I can honestly go on and on about it. It has never let me down!

Awesome studio and new owner, took a vinyasa yoga class with instructor Olena on Saturday morning and loved it. The studio is a very clean and friendly environment and I’m looking forward to returning soon.
