Great people and an amazing experience! They gave me great peace of mind knowing my puppy was in good hands. They kept me updated throughout the entire time, which really helped me feel comfortable and not have to worry. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs they look after and treat them like their own. I really appreciated the communication, updates, and the care they gave my dog. 10/10 experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and reliable to take care of their dog. My pets didn’t even stay with her but she was amazing making sure we found a trustworthy place for my dogs when she was booked. She truly cares about the animals and is so lovely to speak to.
We were incredibly nervous about leaving our puppy overnight for several days for the very first time while we were on vacation, but Betty and Rick made the entire experience stress-free. They took amazing care of our puppy, Zuko, and treated him like one of their own.
