Our A/C decided to stop working on a hot Sunday afternoon and from experience we knew it was a clogged drain line. We called Webster first thing Monday morning and their technician Andrew was at our home by 1pm. After a heroic effort that included cutting the drain pipe, he managed to find the clog and clear it. The system worked like a charm after that and he gave us advice on how to prevent clogs going forward. We only started using Webster last year but they have proven to be professional and courteous. We are grateful to have found them and recommend them without hesitation.
Webster’s original owner installed my AC unit 17 years ago. It still works perfectly, and they continue to provide excellent , professional, and fast service every time I need them.
