Sunglass Hut has the most fabulous customer service I have experienced in a long time! Chelsea and Marcella at Disney's Magic Kingdom store were so knowledgeable, friendly, easy to connect w/ & most of all knew how to solve my problem! Alexis (also fabulous and knowledgeable at Mall at Millenia) completed the transaction and in less than 25 minutes took care of the swap out. These teammates worked effectively together across stores to give a white glove treatment! I am grateful and thank you ALL for ensuring I returned to scratch free sunglasses! Sunglass hut is my favorite store from a Forever Buyer...

Attentive, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable sales team. Can’t ask for more than that! Went in for one pair of Ray Bans, she sold me on another just by showing me colors, new style, and telling me about a promo going on. I always get great service at this Millenia Mall location.
