Very happy to have chosen Vortechs for my air conditioner. They were very prompt in getting someone out to fix the problem. Joe was very thorough in his explanation in what caused the unit to stop working and the steps that were needed to get it going again. He took the time to show me how to easily work the thermostat, which I have always hated and how to maintain the handler for optimum performance. Felt like I was in good hands.
We have been using Vortech for the past 10 years and each time we have a problem Joe is always on top of everything from diagnostic to getting the problem solved. He is friendly, professional and has a lot of tips on how to maintain our AC efficiently. Thanks Joe for always doing a superb job!
