I was referred by a friend. Rightfully so. They are great with scared animal patients. They don't try selling you on anything unnecessary. Very caring

Wonderful practice! Dr. Melissa and her staff incredibly polite and compassionate. The whole team is a pleasure to work with and I know my dog is in good hands when I bring him in. They go above and beyond by providing exceptional care and expertise. They also listen to and understand my concerns, and provide great pet care advice. As long as I have a pet, I will be going to Vineland Animal Hospital. Thanks for all you do!

Dr. Melissa and the team at Vineland are amazing. Truly show their love and passion for all pets in the care given. My pets have seen Dr. Melissa for years and would not think of putting that care in anyone else’s hands!!

I am very disappointed. 2 stars because front desk was kind & personable. My experience has been marred because my 6-year-old pup died as a result of liver failure. (Not blaming the practice for that, but for the lack of urgency not given the impression that it would be fatal.) I don't take lightly in writing negative reviews, but how can I trust this place after what I went thru & lost my sweet dear boy? Let me begin, I've been a rescue fur mom for over 30 yrs. Cats, dogs, you name it, I've seen many health issues, I'm often given animals at the end of life/or Srs, so death is not something I can't deal with, hurts like heck but I understand the process. I sought out a new vet practice after 15 yrs w the one I had, I felt they had become too disengaged w the pets & their health, meaning, just another "dog". I wanted a doc who could get to know my pets & understand their nuances since many of my pets have gone through rough times before I adopted, so they have health & behavioral issues. I chose this practice due to the reviews on FB & Goggle. They seemed like a perfect fit. My appointment was scheduled but they never sent out a reminder, since I had scheduled a few months out I had to call to find out what day I had made the appointment, and called a few times to check if they had the pups' records (that was negative) but I put that aside. At appt for their annual blood work/shots, the young pup had been eating sparingly, so I mentioned that, Dr decided to run tests for a wider blood screen, the other pup got her shots but the young one didn't so we could wait on his labs. I asked for a nail trim on the young one it was $19! That should be free since they weren't just getting a nail trim. They didn't even cut them & I didn't notice until I got home! I waited anxiously for his labs, his labs showed abnormally high liver levels, I was asked had he gotten into anything, I couldn't think of anything, he was not one to just eat stuff off the floor, she recommended some liver supplements, anti-nausea pills & an appetite stimulant. She recommended a sonogram for any tumors. I scheduled it immediately $530 later, was told nothing seemed abnormal. One pack into these supplements recommended (about 10 days) he still was not eating & I sensed he was hungry but could not eat. (No call from the doc at all after our visit) to check in on him or my other pet to see how she managed w the shots. So I called to tell them he still wasn't eating. I bought like $250 worth of bland food, still nothing. I told them that I was worried, what recommendations they had, I was told the doctor would be asked & they would call me back but they didn't but because I was not feeling secure about what I was seeing, I decided to make an appointment for later that Friday. My boy did not make it to the appointment, he died Tuesday. Complete liver failure. All Tuesday early morning, he was a little antsy then by mid morning he was acting strange so I put him in a carrier bag to monitor him, before I knew it he was drooling & losing his life, I rushed him to the ER where they said he was unresponsive. Massive liver failure! HOW? I would have liked the opportunity to try to save him had I been told by the doc at Vineland that it was bad, but the manner in which he was treated was if he took those supplements he would get better despite me calling to see if there was anything I could do to encourage his eating they made it seem as if I was not doing what I needed to do with these supplements. No calls to check on him, no calls back to say, hey maybe we need to do A,B,C so I was given the impression that it was normal. To me this is a negative, NOT a way to handle any of this, who knows why his liver failed, they also failed in their careless, nonchalant attitude towards his condition. Lack of communication, urgency & check in on my pet is what failed. Victim shaming?calling my statements absurd & lying about how things went down, no one

Dr Melissa and her entire staff makes you feel like your pets are their family members too. You can’t get better service than that!

We have a multiple cat household, the oldest two are 15, the youngest nearly 4. Dr. Melissa Milhoff has been our vet for years, both at her current practice and at a previous practice where she worked. She and her staff have always been caring, friendly, efficient, and capable. Dr. Melissa explains any issue in understandable terms and always seeks the most practical solution with an eye towards costs. She and her staff treat our babies as their own and on the three occasions when we had to say goodbye to our furry kids, we weren’t the only ones shedding tears. We’ve never had problems with making appointments. She charges a reasonable cost for her services. Over all these years, we’ve never had one complaint. Vineland gets a 10 out of 10 in my books.

10/10 rating. I don’t just trust anyone with my babies and every person at this clinic has gone above and beyond in making sure not only I’m comfortable bringing my dogs, but my dogs are comfortable coming there! They listen to every concern, and work hard to make sure they are treated with love and the best medicine.

Place is super clean. Staff is very friendly and nice to pets and customers coming in. We were in and out in less than an hour and not overly expensive either, very reasonably priced.
