This company is amazing. Several years ago my AC went out. Ran up to gas station and bumped into Eddie himself, came to my house that same day, diagnosed and had a new unit installed next day literally. Now, I have a new home with a 19 year old unit. Contacted Eddie and he literally called me back at 11pm eastern standard. He had his tech Brian reach out, came next day to troubleshoot the problem for me. Had it back up and running, when I got home from work it was not working. System blew fuse he called me at 11pm that evening, walked me through some things and we kept popping the fuse. I’ve had a great experience with Van Eddies. When I explained the issue over the phone, the tech immediately knew what the issue was. He stopped by 30 mins later, fixed that exact issue and even told me how to prevent it in the future. I’d call them again in a heartbeat
Brian at Van Eddie's has done my yearly AC service for years. When it was time to finally replace my old unit they gave me a great price on a new one. When any issues have arisen, they are able to take care of them in a timely manner. When a lightning strike knocked out the unit's capacitor Brian was there to fix it immediately before we melted from heat stroke in the middle of summer. I'm very grateful to know such honest and hardworking AC guys; and I highly recommend them.
