Customer Service Shoutout! 🌟 I want to give a huge shoutout to Ashley at Uptown Eyecare Group's Hunter's Creek location for her absolutely amazing service! 👏 I was on the hunt for a specific pair of glasses frames that had been discontinued by the manufacturer. When I visited Uptown Eyecare, Ashley showed me several alternatives, but none of them really caught my eye. I mentioned that I'd seen the frames I wanted online, and Ashley explained that they might be available through a reseller. She said that if I bought the frames from a reseller, Uptown Eyecare could still make and install my prescription lenses. But Ashley didn't stop there! She went above and beyond, promising to check with her suppliers for something similar. About three weeks later, I got a call from Ashley—she had contacted the supplier, insisted they help find my dream frames, and she wouldn't take no for an answer! 😲 Thanks to her dedication, I now have my bright red frames and am feeling cooler than the other side of the pillow. 😎 Ashley, your commitment to customer satisfaction is truly outstanding, and I can't thank you enough. I was there today to receive a complete eye examination. The visit was enjoyable. They were timely, professional, and extremely helpful. GREAT selection of frames. I arrived early for my appointment as they requested. They called me to start my exam 15 minutes before my actual appointment time. Everybody was amazing. I will return for my yearly eye exams
