I had a bad experience. Regarding the payment, I paid through the website, but the lady told me the transaction hadn't gone through—even though it actually had—so I had to pay in cash to get the pet. It was a truly terrible experience; I ended up paying twice.

Grammy & Tootsie are the best and our new family. Never sending my pretty puppy anywhere else! Booking was a breeze, all info in the email, easy directions, flexible drop off and pick up times, texting communication was excellent.

Our 12 lb Yorkie PaKu had a wonderful day with Grammy and a pack of new friends! This was his first time going to doggy day care, so we were a little nervous, but Grammy immediately put us at ease when he happily went into her arms and she started talking to him. We got picture updates all through the day and he was relaxed and happy when we came to get him. This was the perfect place for him to stay while we took our Granddaughter to enjoy one of the theme parks in Orlando. He had a good time and we did too! If we come back with other grandkids, PaKu will definitely go for another visit!

We are so thankfully for the help of Universal Dog Care. Their convent drop off and pick up times allowed us to leave our pup while we visited Universal Studios. They sent us photos and communicated with us throughout the day to insure our pup was in good hands. The second day we dropped him off his tail was wagging and he couldn’t wait to return. Such a great experience. Definitely recommend!

I don’t leave my dog with anyone but my mother. We made last minute plans to come to Orlando and had to look for a place that took care of my baby last minute. I saw the reviews and thought this is the right place! You will not be disappointed! I received pictures of my baby on the hour every hour. His feeding instructions were followed (he is spoiled). Definitely recommend! ❤

I was nervous leaving Jack & Pitsnoggle for 2 weeks but they were in great hands! We got texts with pictures every hour each day until 7pm and she is so quick to respond with any questions you may have. My boys were healthy and happy when we came to pick them up. I highly recommend Universal Dog Care for anyone looking for a great boarding option with great prices. I will definitely be back!
