Universal Dog Day Care did an amazing job with Cookie and Frozen! They went above and beyond and both of our dogs were treated like family the whole day! They did an amazing job communicating and sending pictures! As a former vet tech and helicopter dog mom would highly recommend this place! Wonderful experience!
Primera vez dejando a Sansa, se hospedó por 5 días y nos sentimos muy cómodos recibiendo fotos durante todo el día. Nos gustó que el ambiente es muy hogareño, a lo que nuestra perra está acostumbrada por lo que el shock de dejarla en un boarding se reduce bastante. Definitivamente volveremos cuando tengamos que dejarla para salir de viaje.
We had last-minute vacation plans to Universal Orlando and they were able to accommodate us and watch our dog Sam with just a few days’ notice. Owner was very friendly, personable, and patient. Drop-off and pick-up was fast and easy since payment was already settled. We received TONS of photos of our dog throughout the day who looked like he was having a lot of fun on his little vacation too.
