We called Truck Road Service LLC for a 2025 Volvo truck with a 5th wheel issue, and despite some initial confusion from our side, their team handled everything very professionally.
Due to a mix-up, our teammate accidentally gave incorrect information — the driver went to the shop address while the mechanic was sent to the driver’s location. Even with this situation, the mechanic stayed calm, remained professional, and went back to assist without any complaints.
