They replaced my tar and gravel roof a few years ago and did a great job. The rep sent out was very informative and professional. When the crew came they were efficient, knew what they needed to do and very polite and professional also. Recently I had them back to check out what I thought could be a problem. The 2 men sent here were again very polite and prifessional. I think Tip Top is wonderful.
Greatest roofer EVER!!! Tip Top has been around for over 50 years and now I know why. Their service was incredible.
They came when they were supposed to and finished the job in two days. They also did a great job of cleaning up after they finished!!! What more can a homeowner ask for??
Several days later, a gentleman with a drone stopped by and took some aerial video. It looked fantastic!!!

Tip Top replaced our roof over 20 years ago in our first house after Florida was hit by Hurricane Charley, Frances & Ivan back-to-back. It was such a crazy time with so many companies just trying to get money. Tip Top was not only there for us to install the roof, but years after anytime we needed them. They became our “roofing family”. So, when we moved into the house that was built in 1971 by my grandfather, they were the only company we would trust to replace the roof for us.
They really do treat all their customers like family. We had a lot of questions and things we did not understand, since roofing is not our field of expertise.... read full review
