This was a great first massage spa. I had never had one before and I felt comfortable the whole time. The receptionists were kind and helpful. The place was a little warm ~71. They are working with what they got for the ambiance. It's what you'd expect for a temporary location. Jaime was great.

The service desk could learn a few things on how to do customer service right-- basic stuff like saying "thank you" or "have a nice day!" upon checking you out. You would think this would be common knowledge being as it is a "luxurious spa". Also, I received a gift card a year ago and so I called them to use towards a service that needed a regular shower. I was told they are in a temporary space and that are not able to do it. They said they would be done maybe 2025. I called 3x, as they kept saying later this month, then summer, then July. September rolled around and nothing. I can tell at this point they are not really renovating their original location and is settling at their temp. Location instead and was making excuses. So, I just settled for a massage. It was situated in an office like everyone said and its upsetting you pay for a high price point for a not-so-upscale location. Massage was great, ambience sucked, front desk lacked hospitality and decorum.

I went to get a detox wrap spa signature , the place was elegant, luxurious, relaxing. John was my masseur, , he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, great listener . I felt refresh, rejuvenated and my skin was really smooth .I recommend John highly, he is the best

I really enjoyed my message here. It was so relaxing and therapeutic. I can tell the message therapist wondered if I enjoyed it, but I'm typically just silent and in my thoughts during a message. I was off on an island in my thoughts lol. I definitely have to may Woodhouse a visit when I make it back home.

I’m being fair to give this spa experience a 2 stars. We are visiting and were told our experience would be top notch. Similar to our experience from other Woodhouse Spas we have experienced. My husband and I walked into this establishment and it immediately underwhelmed us. The lobby was dark and dingy. The only restroom was in the lobby for use. The locker rooms both men and women’s were make shift spaces. The robe I received was ripped and torn and dingy. A patron in the locker room stated this was a temporary space and has been this way since Covid. There was no disclaimer about this online or when booking with a live receptionist. The spa services were underwhelming as well. With very little care to detail. This was not the luxury experience they advertise nor did we experience. Will not support this Spa brand again.

Jessica was absolutely amazing! Have been following her for years and she cured my acne way back in 2019 and still to this day jessica is the only one that I let give me a facial, she’s so gentle yet everything she does has a purpose and she’s so thorough with explaining everything to you and the why behind it. Highly recommend her! I take a star off for the facility, I heard they are having a new location that will be better but as for this one, it isn’t very spa like and would love to have more spa amenities and privacy.

Jamie is AMAZING!!!! The Masseuse makes the massage and he done everything that he promised!!! I floated out while singing killing me softly lol. I can’t wait to come back to Orlando for his hands and his spirit. Many thanks and blessings.

Very disappointed with the new location, rooms and services. While just around the corner it’s not an excuse and the rooms are small, it does not feel inviting and could hear everything outside of the room. I could not relax and with that price tag, I can find other places in the area that provide what I need. I come here not often, but enough to know that they will lose loyal customers due to these few issues. I think my visits have run their course.
