After many trips to the big box stores we finally made it to The Tile Shop. We were greeted at the door by the manager David. He was so friendly and knowledgeable! He was very patient with us after we asked a million questions and he pulled every sample we asked for. He made the process so easy! Even after our purchase he answered our phone calls with care! Stopped in to the Tile Shop on a recommendation from a colleague. Debra assisted us to make some tile selections and truly made us feel like VIPs. She and the staff were incredibly patient and introduced us to some very nice materials that I haven’t seen at other suppliers. Overall the experience at this showroom is very professional and the product offerings are both unique and economically priced. I will be returning for future projects. Highly recommended. The Tile Shop in Orlando has been fabulous to work with. Vince has gone above & beyond, as if he worked for a small private design firm & was designing a $4 million home for me. The selection is great, prices are reasonable and the layout of the store is fantastic. 10 stars for Vince and the Tile Shop!
