My husband and I had a massage plus mani pedi. Andy at the front desk was courteous. Our service providers were good. They also offered beverages before and between our services. The facilities were clean.

I had a wonderful experience at The Spa Orlando on Sunday. From the moment I arrived, everyone was very courteous and welcoming. I signed up for a membership and really appreciated the time they took to explain all of the benefits and answer my questions. I was also given a tour of the spa, which made me feel comfortable and excited about everything they have to offer.

Loved the massage and the customer service at this place. We had a golf game that ran late which meant I was going to be late for the appointment. I was also tired I had forgotten to call. They called me! The reception graciously accommodated my request to put me in the next available time slot.
