Hello I spoke with Dave , who phoned me before getting to my house and then did an analysis. Since the leak is intermittent. The water source could not be determined. But I spoke with Dave extensively and he did check and verify as much as he could and offered to return when the leak was active. It apparently was a leak from the slab, but that was the layman's diagnosis. So he is competent and did the job, unfortunately the leak is intermittent which is a problem for diagnosis with mechanical things, cars etc. When he arrived everything was dry as a bone and he did check for water marks in the A/C and did in house tests to try to reproduce the leak and check... read full review
