Wonderful experience while visiting Orlando. The nail techs are cordial and professional. Mani/pedi with massage was so nice.

Seems to be lack of transparency with the pricing. I thought I was paying a different price and ended up paying more. They explained it to me and I understood the pricing, but it wasn’t very transparent. Furthermore, the gentleman that did my nails kept trying to upsell me I told him I wanted a volcano pedicure. He tried to upsell me and ask me if I want something that cost more, also asking me if I want acrylic on my toenail so it wasn’t a surprise that I ended up paying more than I thought I would in the end because I saw it coming. Just be mindful. I don’t mind paying what the price is stated, especially for people rendering a service but it needs to be transparent. I also don’t appreciate being up sold when I’m already spending a good amount of money on a deluxe service. It’s just very tasteless.

Owner and her employees are disrespectful. You can tell why everyone feels it's okay to be disrespectful to the customers. First of all, the nails suck but the service too? Find a better salon Orlando. And the owner only responds to the reviews she can say she wasn't wrong about, not when she is actually wrong. Bad Service + Ugly Nails = Bad Business

There was a hold time past our appointment. But we were able to window shop and come back. My wife loved her extensions. We're looking forward to coming back soon. The wait was well worth it!

Ha and Tina were absolutely amazing. Ha took her time with my pedicure, it felt amazing. I showed Tina a picture of how I wanted my nails done and she did them even better. The energy and vibe in the building is amazing. Christine is amazing. Thank you so much ladies, I will definitely be back.
