Before my regularly scheduled quarterly pest control service, Alex Kelly asked me what concerns I had and I took pics of ant infestations and spider nests/egg sacks in my pool deck and lanai areas and sent them to him. Alex took care of my concerns and was definitely customer satisfaction focused. 5 star highly recommended!
