I had walked in and was nicely greeted by lady at the counter, and the nail tech Rose did my nails, she did a absolutely brilliant job and took her time and was very sweet and gentle, this was by far one of the best places I’ve been to around the area, Thank you Rose!!!!
After a pedicure, I have three places on my foot with sores and my cuticle is chewed up from being filed and snipped where it should not be. Side of the nail five days later still has a sore that is swollen. I tried to contact the manager prior to my review but no reply.
Tina that sits in the first chair when you walk in. Very friendly, first time at the shop. Went for a fill in nail was chip on the side. I asked her to fix my nail she replied ok that was Saturday. Entire nail broke Monday went back to have nail fix she had an attitude and charged me for something she didn’t repair on Saturday. I will never go back there I tried to explain to her why am I being charged, she kept saying I did a fill in I did not fix your nail. That’s makes no sense at all!! I paid and first and last time!
