STOP. Look. No. Further. You found the right place!! If you are trying to find a professional who works in excellence, Ms. Neena is it! I mean it. I have been drawing my eyeliner for decades and I just wanted to get it tattooed at that point. My case is more extreme as I wanted a thicker cat eye than I'm sure other artists don't have experience with. You can imagine I was a bit nervous but Ms. Neena was fabulous! She was so patient with me and made sure the line was the way I wanted it. I didn't feel rushed or a burden as I was pretty specific on how the liner was shaped.
