I've never had a wildlife issue since moving to Florida 7 years ago until now. My experience with Florida wildlife is zero. After many calls to other services ... Sterling Wildlife took the most time explaining everything and was very transparent with pricing and process. They even arrived at my home within a short amount of time to assess the situation. (Yay!!!)My wildlife issue became a non-issue before I hired them. Needless to say, should a problem arise... This is my go to company.Thank you!
My call was routed to Trapper Rob (Robert). He was so informative. He advised that the raccoon we called about would leave at night. Most companies would have just tried to make a buck and come out knowing the animal would leave. That wasn't the case with this company. He was very helpful and professional. He is an asset to this company! Call this company 1st as the other 2 I called before wanted to come out and charge us $300+ to trap and remove an animal that would leave on its own.
Robert came out and gave me an honest evaluation of the situation. Previously a different vendor had try to sell me a $3000 effort for a non issue. Honest contractors are hard to come by. I highly recommend Sterling Wildlife.
