Gail, the only waxer, was wonderful. It is a private and personalized experience. She was thorough and attentive to my needs. She was also thoughtful about privacy and made accommodations for my chronic pain. While I have been having waxes for a while and rarely experience pain, I experienced NO pain with Gail! She is extremely knowledgable and has medical expertise in addition to aesthetician expertise. She was able to advise me on issues I was faces related to the services, and I have had the best after-effects I have ever experienced in 8+ years of consistent waxing. I normally go to EWC, but she has a new repeat client. Loved speaking to her as well; she is a warm, genuine, and friendly person.

I had such a great experience with Gail! It was the first time for my daughter and I with her and we were both so happy with her service. My skin was glowing after and I can’t wait for my next appointment.
She educated us on better products to use, and I really appreciated that because I’ve been other places where they just try and push their products. Lastly, she was great to chat with, super sweet and funny and I highly recommend her services. Book your appt!!

I did the BraziliMan. In my 40s and never had a wax down there. I just wanted to start grooming better.
Firstly ladies, I respect you so much more now and can understand what you go through for a bikini/Brazilian.
Called up late morning on June 5th. Spoke with Gail. I was anxious in not knowing how to ask properly what I needed. Gail calmed me down and told me the process entirely, what to expect before, during and after. We made an appt for late afternoon. She even encouraged me to take some tylenol ahead of time (which should have foreshadowed what I was going to go through...again ladies, I respect you)
I got there a little early and she was still cleaning from a previous client. After about 10 mins, she came and got me. The office was quaint and Gail was personable.
I won't go into details about what happened but the groaning and screaming from an army Vet/gym rat even made Gail laugh. It lightened the mood. She was very thorough with one swoop for each section. She was very thorough during the process. After she finished, we discussed the after care. She made suggestions with products she had but did NOT hard sell. She recommended that even if I didn't buy her products, to at least get similar products elsewhere. I ended up getting two products.
Overall, Gail was educational, calm throughout and very informative. I can't say I that I'm looking forward to the next time, but when I'm ready, I would prefer Gail once more. I would recommend her and her services.

03/27/24 Very unprofessional. I called her & we set appointment over the phone.. I ask can I come at 4 she said no 5 came at 5.. also told her I did a Groupon she said no problem. I call her he before to confirm the appointment no answer, get to the suite at 4:58 she’s not there no answer. Kept calling she finally calls back & say the appointment wasn’t confirmed & she doesn’t remember. She is a liar & very manipulative. She said she stepped out to dinner & didn’t know. Keep gas lighting the situation & claimed she didn’t know who she was talking to. DO NOT BOOK HER.. came to conclusion she didn’t want to do a Groupon booking so that’s why she cancelled without notice. Will never book her. In fact I will be callling the better business bureau.
