I had my scan done here last April and was approved for a 15 aligner treatment plan. I purposely waited to review this location because I wanted to see how the experience went.The location is fantastic with plenty of parking and I thought it was easy to find. It's in a salon, but there is signage inside. The staff was very friendly and I found the experience to be well worth it. It is a bit of a hard sell, there no mention of being able to wait and think about it later, but I knew that I wanted to go forward, so this wasn't an issue with me.The overall cost was amazing and the results were excellent. My experience at this location for my initial smile assessment was a good one, however, I did not move forward with purchasing aligners from this company.The associate/representative (Sasely) who helped me that day was AMAZING! Very personable and kind. I would absolutely recommend this location for the initial assessment if you are interested in giving Smile Direct Club a try.The company itself, however, did not impress me. They gave a 3 day (72 hour) smile prescription guarantee and did not have my prescription to me in the timeframe promised (it was late).
