My nail tech, Ann, is very professional and attentitive. She asks me before just doing what she likes or is use to doing, ex. She asked if I wanted her to clean my real numbers under the gel, when I ask her not to buff my nails to thin before applying gel she does as asked and she alway remembers my name.
I call to reserve date & time & request whoever is available because walk-ins WAIT FOR ETERNITY. I only visit for gel nail fills. Most nail techs, quiet and focused, all do a beautiful job.
