Donnie and his team were quick to offer a resolution, communicated well, and treated me as a person and not just a number. I had to have my system replaced and they were able to mobilize and have this done same day. I am really impressed by how well everything went and satisfied with the customer service and product.

I recently had issues with my ac cooling my home. I called Donnie at Service Star AC and they immediately came over and diagnosed my situation and gave me options to fix my ac with a band aide or price for new unit. I opted for a new system. They ordered it and installed it the following day! They worked, efficiently and professionally and the price was very reasonable. I had shopped around and knew what costs for a new system would be and their price was very fair. I am extremely satisfied and impressed with their service relation.
