This place is very close to my home, I've passed through it several times throughout the years. The vet I was taking my cats too raised the prices too high for me to continue taking my cats to him. So I searched around and ended up bringing my cat here for her yearly shots + more. I was surprised at the low fee I paid. I actually saved about $100 or so. On my first time there, the wait time was a bit long because the place was full of dogs/cats waiting to see the vet. This will surely be the place where I will continue to bring my cats. The price is right.

They are not low cost. They are saying my cat is old and NEEDS blood work (just turned 5) and thats why the prive is $450. I call private vets and they tell me blood work is not required and that my cat is not old. And charging the same price. Im so confused. The man that answered the phone lied! Saying that because my cat is a senior cat it is required to have blood work. Even though my cat is 100% healthy and not a senior cat at all. Wish I can give 0 stars

Called to say my Dog and I were going to arrive late, luis mentioned over the phone there was a $10 late fee. Which is okay, we were late!! When we arrive there turns out everyone's turn was behind!!
We were waiting about +25 mins on the lobby,(with at least 10 other dogs) then they put us on room 9 to wait. After like 20 mins on the room,Christiancomes over and says sorry, the dr is helping someone with a complicated situation we haven't forgot about you. I walked my dog and came back, I have a Husky there was another husky when I walked out and my dog was behaving totally fine.
Vet Villalobos comes in, doesn't even say Hi or present his self. Gives me like a needle w/o the sharp part to give it to my dog on his mouth. My dog wasn't letting me and he barked. Villalobos started being even more rude. My dog was completely FINE before interacting with him. I think he could sense his bad vibe.
Christian helped us hugging the dog so they can put the shots. And villalobos in a very RUDE tone said: write down on the note that this dog needs medication before seeing him.
Weird that last time we were there none of that happened!! All the staff was super nice.

Chris tells me to go to the front and pay I go out and walk into the lobby again. 3 of the receptionist see me there and don't say anything. I had to ask again where do I go to Pay.
Good things about this place: 1.Christians' help. 2. Seems clean 3. Plenty of Parking.
Maybe villalobos was having a hard day, I'd like to believe that, we all do but that's not a reason or excuse to be rude to people!!

The doctors were nice, but the receiving personnel is disrespectful, always in a bad mood, they talk to you like they’re doing you a favor, no decency or consideration for human being.

From the moment I sat for over an hour while having an appointment I should’ve taken that as a sign, staff was rude and ignored me. My cat was born indoors never stepping outside until getting neutered, never had fleas! They gave my cat fleas then charged me to try to get rid of them (which didn’t work) now I have to figure out how to get rid of them

So unprofessional. Scheduled a 4:30 appointment, called to see if we could come earlier, told to come at 2:45. My fiancé arrives on time with our German Shepherd and is sent to wait in the car because she barked. An hour later, still waiting. When I call, they say they’re short-staffed and he’s “3rd in line.”
I asked to reschedule and waive the cancellation fee since we were already there and on time. Their response? “Sorry, we can’t waive it because it’s less than 24 hours.” Um… we’re literally an hour past our appointment. Their poor communication and mismanagement wasted my time. I cancelled my appointment and will not be returning after coming here for years.

I consistently bring my dog here for vaccinations and medications, such as annual rabies shots, flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives, appreciating their affordable prices and the welcoming, professional staff who always make the process smooth and stress-free.

I was very disappointed with the service at this place. I was only 10 minutes late to my appointment and they wanted to charge me a late fee, yet the last time I was here I had to wait almost two hours to be seen, and no one apologized or offered any solution. I think this is very unfair and shows a lack of consideration for their customers. Their customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this place. I NEVER COME BACK!
