I had a problem with my tire all of the sudden. I called jose from Sam’s auto care to see if he can help me and solve my tire issue right away. He told me , no problem bring it in . I’ll take a look at it. They were about to close soon. Great customer service 👌. Thanks again Jose
Awesome service, I bought four tires from Sam’s, they had it shipped in two days and called me to setup the installation. The guys got me in and out in a timely manner, my appointment was 8:00 am.Thank you all for your professional help.
Long wait. It took forever to wait in line and talk to the customer service person , Will. He’s either really really thorough or really really slow. I tend to think it’s the latter.
