I had a problem with my tire all of the sudden. I called jose from Sam’s auto care to see if he can help me and solve my tire issue right away. He told me , no problem bring it in . I’ll take a look at it. They were about to close soon. Great customer service 👌. Thanks again Jose

I did workflow studies for my job and Sam's Club is So much better than -Costco where the lines are long at check out. -They don't trust customer with their scanners at the check out counters. -And if you earned a reward check you can't use them at the self check out counters. They have to cash you out and process at the desk. Time waster!!! I asked them why they were not automated" because the way it is." So I switched to Sam's club because of their efficiency and effective workflows and better customer service. Walmarts charges you an annual charge to express your A$$ at the checkout counter. Great Job Sam's Club. You nailed excellent customer service efficiencies for your clientele.

Sam's Club excels in providing both quality and quantity! Although bulk buying can sometimes lead to purchasing more than needed, it's what keeps the prices low. The Orlando location is well-staffed with friendly, responsive employees. The quality of the products is excellent, making it a great place to shop.
