My 16 year old son just recently started driving and called me about a nail in his tire. His tire was going flat so I told him to meet me at Action Gator Tire on Narcoossee Rd (store 1240). We got there later in the day so the technician was about to leave for the day. He was actually waiting for his Uber to pick him up at the time. I told them what the situation was and the team immediately said they would take care of it. Luis the technician stayed behind to make sure my son’s tire was OK. Steve was SUPER HELPFUL, PATIENT, AND UNDERSTANDING when i came in with a flat tire this morning. He was able to patch the tire and switch back the spare within 2 hrs. He of course told me appointments came first but if there was time, would squeeze me in as soon as possible. Thanks again Steve!

Action Gator Tire did a wonderful job! They were able to complete my service quickly with no advanced notice. Would recommend to anyone who requires car services in the Lake Nona Area!
