Everyone was so nice and friendly with me. Though they have pricey services, they explain everything thoroughly and make sure you are comfortable before proceeding.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I didn’t even make it past the waiting room before deciding I would never come back. The staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping patients was an inconvenience. Nobody acknowledged us properly, communication was horrible, and the whole atmosphere felt unprofessional and chaotic.

You can immediately tell this place cares more about getting money out of people than actually providing decent patient care. First impressions matter, and this office failed miserably. There are way too many dental offices in Orlando to waste your time here.

Everything was clearly explained and the people are kind and professional.

Unfortunately, I found out the person that usually does my dental cleaning had moved, and the new person was 15 minutes late, getting to me which put me behind for another appointment that I had.
Regarding the dental care that I received, she did a good job and gave me added information that I was unaware of for a dental health
